- we are currently looking for a motivated and talented Associate Systems Administrator to join our London, United Kingdom office
- conduct remote troubleshooting with employees using step-by-step instructions and targeted questions
- implement alternate solutions and workarounds when unable to immediately diagnose and fix the root issue
- configure and manage Firewall Access Control Lists
- deploy and manage virtual machines
Requirements
- proven work experience as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role
- hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
- advanced knowledge of PC networking
- experience with firewall configurations and network security practices
- proficiency in VMware host management
- knowledge of data center operations and maintenance
- experience working with Windows Active Directory
- embrace our IT automation journey. Willingness to learn Git, Ansible, Terraform etc
