estate manager
Responsibility
- responsible for liaising with BT Property and Facilities Services with regards to BT estate related issues
- audit and maintain CRM system, highlighting any customer impacted risks to internal stakeholders
- be responsible for managing locker allocations to support with internal and external demand
- ensure that any changes to the Final Mile estate is reflected in our system, trackers etc
- manage incoming correspondence via the group mailbox
- maintain key stock lists and incoming orders
- be responsible for the day to day management of our 3rd party engineering provider
- ensure commercial diligence at all times to get the appropriate balance of time / cost / quality
Requirements
- excellent customer-centric stakeholder management skills
- able to prioritise workloads effectively and manage conflicting expectations
- very strong communication, presentation and listening skills
- third Party Contractor management experience
- an eye for detail
- A goodgeographical knowledge of the UK
- microsoft Excel: 2 years
- microsoft Excel: 1 year
