Responsibility

  • book freight nationally and internationally and accurately complete and update information on the freight database
  • take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer enquiries
  • provide prompt, proactive and excellent customer service to all clients
  • devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • screen phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them as appropriate
  • act as a front of house when visitors attend the office
  • responsible for all communications with clients
  • liaise with Lagos office on all matters relating to cargo shipment

Requirements

  • logistics: 1 year
