Responsibility
- provide effective and efficient reactive electrical & mechanical maintenance support, documenting findings in a CMMS system and ensuring timely resolution
- investigate methods to improve fault identification and reduce machine downtime
- oversee refurbishments, installations, improvements, and modifications to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance
- develop Reliability Strategies, including PPMs, Electrical Standards, CBM routines, and Criticality Assessments, to enhance asset performance
- source and order parts/equipment from preferred suppliers as needed
- develop and adhere to electrical & mechanical Planned Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance routines, using KPIs to track progress and share results
- conduct meaningful meetings with other departments to optimise activities and enhance departmental synergy
- take accountability for statutory safety and electrical requirements

- self-motivated with strong leadership and coaching abilities
- excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- proficient in fault finding and diagnostics
