Requirements

  • experience using all handtools
  • full and valid UK driving licence
  • liaise with the Home Manager and/or Managing Director regarding any problems
  • assisting the maintenance team with any planned or unplanned works
  • have basic knowledge of plumbing / carpentry/ painting & decorating
  • general building maintenance / handyman skills
  • taking responsibility for your own health & safety and that of others
  • maintaining confidentiality and observing data protection and associated guidance where appropriate
