Requirements

  • previous experience in supporting hardware and software in a Service Desk environment
  • basic understanding of IT Networking – DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi
  • computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
  • knowledge of mobile devices and peripherals – Apple and Android ideally
  • performing hardware and software installation
  • experience with VOIP phone system preferably 3CX
  • knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript for in-house system support
  • able to prioritise, multitask and have strong problem-solving skills

Responsibility

  • providing first line support to all staff
  • support primarily though remote desktop but also on site
  • maintaining user accounts in Microsoft 365, AD, etc
  • maintenance of hardware, repairing and upgrading as required
  • software installation, support & troubleshooting
  • maintaining an asset register of IT equipment
  • windows, Windows server, iOS and Android support
  • supporting users of the company’s in-house systems
