Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
  • prior management accounting experience
  • project experience would be ideal, but not essential
  • works well on your own or as part of a team
  • prior budgeting experience
  • competent in Microsoft packages and applications
  • exposure to the end-to-end financial processes of a business
  • ability to learn new systems

Responsibility

  • preparation of annual budget
  • review and approval of HMRC submissions
  • operate a sound system of internal controls,ensuring that key risks are mitigated and that controls are operating effectively
  • source and manage relationship with external lenders including lease finance and split revenue sharing lenders
  • supporting Board in monthly meetings and on ad hoc initiatives
  • ownership for delivery of financial system streamlining projects to enhance efficiency
