- to bake cakes and biscuits for afternoon tea, birthdays and other special occasions
Requirements
- proven experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant/care home setting
- knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills
