- strong communication, and leadership skills
- demonstrated ability in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
- recognized membership of a professional engineering institution such as CIBSE or the ability to obtain within 6 months
- financial acumen, including the ability to manage budgets, cost projections. A contribution towards business development would be an advantage
- experience in motivating and mentoring junior engineers

- minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and managing Mechanical systems, with experience in sectors such as Higher Education, commercial, retail, and leisure
