- availability Friday and Saturday evening
Responsibility
- proactive and approachable customer service
- controlling access points for all site visitors and site perimeter patrolling
- gate management including physical body and bag searches, supporting the crowd management team in managing ticket validation and wayfinding
- reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, searches, and patrols
- responding to incidents
- maintaining order
- protection of assets and prevention of losses

Contract type
- as a Head Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and service delivery of the security team, monitoring venue targets, developing your team, and ultimately ensuring customers have a world class experience
