Responsibility
- provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- manage calendars, schedule appointments and arrange meetings
- handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone calls
- prepare and distribute recruitment materials, such as job postings and resumes
- maintain and update candidate and client databases
- assist with drafting and editing recruitment agreements and contracts
- conduct research and gather information as needed
- prepare reports and presentations as required
