Responsibility
- new business development primarily with digital media agencies and commercial partners via existing relationships and proactive lead generation
- account management of existing key commercial clients
- draft and prepare written proposals, pitch presentations and other communications to both established & prospective clients
- support the Commercial Team to manage contracting process with clients and third party suppliers
- successful, timely and efficient project implementation through engagement with wider Fendix team
- client Satisfaction - ensure clients are delighted and customer loyalty is ensured
Requirements
- you will have proven ability of building strong client relationships and surpassing expectations
- you will have at least two years’ experience of customer service/sales experience where you have achieved targets and consistently delivered a high level of customer service
