Requirements

  • strong knowledge of demand planning and S&OP processes, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
  • experience with demand planning software and tools OR the ability to create own
  • strong negotiation skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong project management skills
  • proficient in SQL or Tableau and able to extract, analyse and interpret large data sets to inform decision making

Responsibility

  • lead the S&OP process, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and decision-making to achieve company-wide alignment on supply and demand
  • negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing and delivery terms while maintaining strong relationships
  • monitor and analyse inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
  • coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers across UK & EMEA region
  • continuously monitor and improve the performance of the supply chain using KPIs
  • identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • develop and implement demand planning strategies to forecast and plan for product demand, ensuring alignment with sales and production plans across UK & EMEA region
  • keep all documentation up to date and correct
