Requirements
strong knowledge of demand planning and S&OP processes, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
experience with demand planning software and tools OR the ability to create own
strong negotiation skills
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong project management skills
proficient in SQL or Tableau and able to extract, analyse and interpret large data sets to inform decision making
Responsibility
lead the S&OP process, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and decision-making to achieve company-wide alignment on supply and demand
negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing and delivery terms while maintaining strong relationships
monitor and analyse inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers across UK & EMEA region
continuously monitor and improve the performance of the supply chain using KPIs
identify and mitigate supply chain risks
develop and implement demand planning strategies to forecast and plan for product demand, ensuring alignment with sales and production plans across UK & EMEA region
keep all documentation up to date and correct
