Responsibility
- \* Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, including staff management, administrative tasks, and client relations
- \* Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks by staff members, setting clear expectations and providing guidance and feedback as needed
- \* Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- \* Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, and monitor the quality of services provided
- \* Prepare regular reports on operations, financial performance, and other relevant metrics, and provide updates to senior management
- \* Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve company goals and objectives
- \* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations, and implement best practices as appropriate
- \* Perform operational duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- \* A Car and valid full Driving licence is required
- \* Will be required to work in weekends during intake period/emergencies with compensatory leave
