Responsibility

  • building and training a team of part time/ hourly paid drivers
  • training the team accordingly
  • plan routes and schedules for daily deliveries and make sure the team follow it properly
  • create team weekly rota
  • work closely with the sales team to make sure the client needs are met
  • understand the needs and respect the client’s instructions as well as maintain a good relationship with the client
  • manage the bikes maintenance and report any damage or/and faults with the delivery bike
  • manage the van hire account including cost and budget for the service
