Responsibility
- identification, analysis, and production of accurate and relevant Management Information & scheduled reporting related to various departments within FSB
- assist the Data Insight Manager in managing change projects within the team
- provide cover where necessary for other team members, therefore requiring understanding of processes across the team
- use our own survey tools and work with external providers to understand more about our interactions with our members and wider small businesses to assess and improve the quality of our service
- support other teams and departments within FSB in line with business priorities where required including ad-hoc production of management information for areas such as the Contact Centre, Commercial, Policy and Finance
- be familiar with the structure of data within FSB, and the various sources of information available in order to maximise our knowledge and use for reporting
- to undertake other duties relevant to the Department’s activities commensurate with the level of the post and as directed by the line manager
