Responsibility
- administration tasks for the Project Team
- assist with keeping the project on task to ensure it is delivered to the desired standard and in a timely manner
- coordinate and deliver internal training on project’s product
- capture requirements & business process to inform policy & SOPs
- provide BAU support once the project has been successfully completed
- create reports of project progress for stakeholders
- to assist in the development of documentation, to include, protocols, procedural manuals, posters and leaflets and other communication materials
- monitor, allocate and respond to requests and queries that are received through the project inbox
Requirements
- previous relevant experience within an infrastructure / engineering environment
- must be able to travel if required
- self-motivated, can prioritise and plan workloads
- excellent communication skills
- project: 2 years
