Responsibility
- planning Support
- supporting Planners with developing research briefs, observing research, and analysis/developing research findings into actionable next steps
- research and absorb new knowledge, in scientifically complex therapy areas where required
- support Planners in end-to-end projects from working through briefs through to workshop moderation, strategic development, analytics and reporting
- with oversight, plan and maintain an effective to do list, and flag any risks regarding delivery of work
- taking briefs from Planners to research and report back on areas of interest to support understanding or deepening of the team’s knowledge on markets, competitive environments and target audiences of our clients’ brands
- ensuring consistency of use of processes to solidify a collective understanding of the tools and processes used with the strategy planning process
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- experience in brand/communications agency
- passion and understanding of science
- shows an interest in the fundamentals of strategic planning, behavioural change and communications
- A genuine passion and interest in people, communications strategy and the creative industry
- good analytical and presentation skills
- resourceful problem solver with a creative flair
- good time management skills
