- estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Apprentice with Blackburn Rovers, a football club based in Lancashire
- to learn and assist the fellow department members in their roles when required
- to provide 1st line technical support to all departments within the organisation
- to be the first point of contact for support calls to the 2188 number
- to log all support calls on the Fault logging system
- to manage the inventory system and make sure the program is kept up to date
- to setup/configure I.T equipment
Requirements
- formal qualifications not necessary but must show good communication / language skills and a strong foundation in basic maths
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- to have a pleasant and approachable demeanor
- at times, the ability to work with the minimum of supervision
