- will suit a friendly, enthusiastic and well organised individual with experience of hospitality or property management
- the role is part time, ideally 4 days per week, however there can be some flexibility for the right person
- 1year of property experience desirable

Responsibility
- progressing tenancy agreements to signature together with collecting supporting documentation including student status confirmation and guarantor’s proof of address
- ensuring records are efficiently kept and stored
- taking card payments over the phone or in office
- receiving parcel deliveries for tenants
- responding to tenant’s queries in person as well as email / phone
- check ins and preparation of key cards
- check outs and condition reports
- undertake room inspections
