  • fathers Network Scotland provides expert advice on the needs of dads and families, and supports improvements to workplace policy and culture
  • the hub’s relaxed space is designed for busy professionals to gain inspiration, share expertise and access essential knowledge
  • fathers Network Scotland is a dynamic, award-winning charity that exists to improve children's lives and outcomes through the positive involvement of dads, father-figures and whole families
  • they support dads and families get the help they need when they need it, train professionals in father-inclusive practice, and encourage employers across Scotland to create more gender equal workplaces through father inclusion, all of which has been underpinned by a robust evidence base
  • you will also assist in the coordination of DADx online events and training programmes offered by the charity
  • they offer a wide range of training, workshops and talks to families, the professionals who support them, and employers, as well as providing a dynamic resource and learning hub
  • the role will also include some administrative duties as decided by the charity Director
