ambulance care assistant
Responsibility
- we are currently recruiting for Ambulance Care Assistants to join our experienced team
- driving patients to and from locations throughout the UK but mainly based around the Stevenage area
- ensuring you deliver a service that is in line with FAST Training we provide you with; safe, caring, responsive, and well-led
- this is a physical role involving the use of stretchers, wheelchairs and carry chairs with patients on board
- driving in accordance with the Highway Code and in a manner that is both safe and legal
- this is not a purely driving only role
- being a brand ambassador for FAST Ambulance as a business, ensuring you always meet and represent our core values
- full Training and Induction will be provided
Requirements
- clean, Full, UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
- good all-round communication skills
- ability to use App based operating systems
- good team player
- flexible approach to work and working hours
- ability to work on your own initiative
- driving: 1 year
- road Transport Occupations: 1 year
