HR Manager Permanent Full time (Part time, 4 days per week would be considered) West End, London / HybridAbout the roleWe are looking for a customer-centric, agile and knowledgeable HR Manager, with excellent relationship management skills.The post holder will be responsible for:Leading an efficient and effective HR operational service, centred around our CARE Values.Leading, managing and supporting a team in the delivery of an exceptional service.Leading on people related projects, such as the continued evolution of our new staff benefits provision.Identifying and implementing process improvements, ensuring we are maximising opportunities for efficiency and customer centricity.The ideal applicant will have:Extensive generalist HR knowledge and experience (recruitment, payroll, benefits and reward, and employee relations is essential).A relevant degree (or equivalent experience) and a CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above).Payroll administration and management experience (preferably experience of working with an outsourced payroll service).Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills; we are looking for an applicant who enjoys collaborating and easily builds rapport with a variety of stakeholders.Advanced problem solving skills; approaching challenges in a positive, pragmatic and creative way is a must.This is a brand new role, in a growing HR team!
