Responsibility

  • good customer liaison, so good email manner is essential
  • check off and mark up label and trim deliveries
  • booking in deliveries to customers warehouse/ creating box end labels and packing lists for all deliveries
  • create a progress sheet for all new orders and regularly updating it/ sending customer order confirmations
  • checking and entering the customers PO's
  • updating accounts on the PO list
  • plans sample sales
  • assisting our Welsh Factory
