Responsibility

  • faseha Healthcare Recruitment Limited seeks a full-time, experienced Coordinator to join our Ashford team
  • we are a rapidly growing company and are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about helping people
  • rostering staff to provide safe & efficient delivery of service to our clients
  • to take joint responsibility for providing care in your allocated locality
  • monitor community care workers & carry out supervisions & appraisals
  • liaise with other professionals involved in the service users care
  • to support and / or be included in the On-Call service during out of hours
  • the ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, have experience in a domiciliary care setting, and be able to work with a team to accomplish their goals
