Requirements
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage administrative tasks
- proficiency in office administration and familiarity with common office equipment
- basic IT knowledge and ability to troubleshoot common issues with IT equipment
- excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting letters and updating systems
- ability to work collaboratively and support various teams, such as the social committee and L&D Partner
- proactive and self-motivated attitude to ensure smooth operations in the office environment
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- prior experience in a similar role or participation in a relevant apprenticeship program is desirable, but not mandatory
