Requirements
strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage administrative tasks
proficiency in office administration and familiarity with common office equipment
basic IT knowledge and ability to troubleshoot common issues with IT equipment
excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting letters and updating systems
ability to work collaboratively and support various teams, such as the social committee and L&D Partner
proactive and self-motivated attitude to ensure smooth operations in the office environment
flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
prior experience in a similar role or participation in a relevant apprenticeship program is desirable, but not mandatory
