Responsibility
1.1 To support the administration, coordination and production of the theatre activities of Farnham Maltings
1.2 To maintain and develop the theatre team’s digital presence
1.3 To collate, design and produce marketing material and coordinate over print for Farnham Maltings theatre producing activity
support the producing work of the Farnham Maltings team including touring work, in-house productions, international programmes, and targeted projects
ensure the smooth running of the theatre team’s day-to-day activities, including coordinating meetings, overseeing diaries and sourcing relevant data
organise auditions, rehearsals and other theatre production administrative logistics as required by the theatre producers
support with the theatre team’s financial admin, including invoicing, updating budgets, and managing the Executive Producer’s credit card
provide logistical and administrative support for various theatre team events, including festivals, networking and training events run by Farnham Maltings across the year
