Responsibility
- as part of a small but experienced property team, you'll report directly to Alistair Kay, Property Director
- your primary focus will be identifying site opportunities within a designated geographical region and networking to unearth these opportunities
- you will be responsible for negotiating with landowners/landlords, managing planning applications, and presenting these opportunities for consideration by Farmfoods' board
- our ideal candidate is a diligent individual who combines strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- A strong understanding of the commercial property market is required with a related degree preferred, though not essential
- full-time, field role based in England with regular travel required. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence to be considered for this position
- you'll have a strong work ethic, and a self-motivated, can-do approach
