Working hours

  • part-time | Contract

Responsibility

  • assistant Book keeper - 1 year part time, temporary position
  • processing purchase orders, remittances, debt collection and some invoices
  • 10.00am – 2.00pm, 3 days a week, £11.50 per hour, days to be agreed with sucessful candidate
  • providing aged debt reports on a monthly basis
  • 10.00am – 2.00pm, 3 days a week, £11.00 per hour, days to be agreed with sucessful candidate
  • become part of the small but dedicated Arts based team at Farleys House & Gallery Ltd
  • reconcile debtors and creditors
  • the Lee Miller Archives, The Penrose Collection, The Roland Penrose Estate & Farleys House are dedicated to conserving and promoting the work of Lee Miller and Roland Penrose to the highest standard of excellence

Requirements

  • A background in Arts companies and licensing an advantage
  • applicants must have good all round knowledge of all aspects of Sage 50 Accounts Professional online with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • bookkeeping: 1 year
