- investigate and resolve stock order queries and update supply chain database
- ensure deliveries and progress of parts order are followed up and are on time
- work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure order fulfilment
- provide data and reports on all aspects of inventory management, stock levels & supply chain KPIs
- support on continuous improvement projects
- liaise with suppliers and customers via phone, teams, email etc
