Responsibility
- maintain tidiness and cleanliness in all rooms e.g. laundry room, residents rooms and communal areas
- attend Staff meetings as requested
- follow agreed policy on lifting and attend training sessions as required
- collecting laundry according to the agreed procedures
- report to person in charge any complaints from residents or relatives
- ensure that all information required by the company is accurate and provided in the approved manner using, where appropriate, pre-printed forms in accordance with the time scales indicated. e.g Time sheets, etc
- ensure all necessary establishments are aware of any vacancies at the Home
- participate in the working rotas’ in accordance with agreed levels of staffing including evenings, on call duties and weekend duties
