Responsibility
- we're in need of someone with extremely strong people management and organisational skills to lead a team, improve workflow and implement processes. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office
- methods for testing data integrity need to be developed, updated and maintained
Requirements
- strong organisational skills
- highly disciplined
- an excellent communicator - communicating effectively to all staff members, from junior administrators, to the CEO
- can demonstrate multi-tasking abilities
- has confidence to suggest ideas whilst listening to others
- people management: 3 years
- be able to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- experience of managing and developing a team people for at least three years
