Requirements
- qualification in counselling or psychotherapy
- accredited with BACP, NCS, UKCP, IACP, BAT of AFT or equivalent body
- minimum of two years’ post-qualification supervised clinical practice
- minimum of one year's experience in a managerial capacity
Responsibility
- overseeing support staff including in the production of all necessary monthly, weekly and ad-hoc reports
- work with the Director of Counselling and Operations Director to develop and implement the policies, procedures for service delivery
- at times, the Manager may be required to assist in managing other areas of the Familyworks Counselling Service
