Requirements

  • qualification in counselling or psychotherapy
  • accredited with BACP, NCS, UKCP, IACP, BAT of AFT or equivalent body
  • minimum of two years’ post-qualification supervised clinical practice
  • minimum of one year's experience in a managerial capacity

Responsibility

  • overseeing support staff including in the production of all necessary monthly, weekly and ad-hoc reports
  • work with the Director of Counselling and Operations Director to develop and implement the policies, procedures for service delivery
  • at times, the Manager may be required to assist in managing other areas of the Familyworks Counselling Service
