Requirements

  • familiarisation of ISVA role and clinical requirements to ensure smooth running and adjusting any overlaps
  • working with the COO to ensure the smooth running of programmes and communication with staff members
  • input on SARC contract for processes and maintaining/developing the project
  • ensuring that FM staff, comply with the laws and statutory obligations related to its activities and operations
  • taking responsibility for auditing, care delivery, developing action plans to rectify areas of weakness, monitor and report to CEO
  • regularly evaluating the effectiveness of our IA and other scoring methods and implementing changes along with the COO and CEO when outcomes do not meet our planned goals

Responsibility

  • attend regular staff meetings and add to the formulation of the agendas
  • consulting with the CEO & COO on clinical policies, strategies, and procedures to create and maintain a consistent work culture, relating to staff, clients, and all members of the Charity
  • training New clinical staff and helpline staff with the essential elements of their roles, to include IG compliance and GDPR and FM’s training programme for clinical staff
  • liaising with Admin Manager to ensure smooth running of services regarding Clinical matters
  • representing FM at external events, Press briefings and radio/ television appearances
