FAMILY LAW CONSULTANCY is looking for employees for positions:

Requirements

  • typing speed of 60wpm or more
  • previous experience of working in a family law department
  • good written and oral communication skills
  • more advanced IT skills
  • good basic IT skills
  • good Organisational skills
  • general Business Administration
  • the operation of a Law Firm

Responsibility

  • 19. Carrying out any other activities as may reasonably be requested by the Directors of the firm
  • 18. Carrying out any other activities that fall broadly within the scope of this post and are of a similar level of responsibility
  • to conduct Conflict of Interest checks against Client Database and record all new contacts and clients on to the system promptly
  • photocopying and document scanning, collating enclosures for letters and documents. Preparing Briefs and
  • saving and filing documents promptly and accurately and maintaining correct file management both in respect of any paper files and all electronic files / computer records and ensuring file records are kept up to date and in a tidy, labeled, and chronological order, and in accordance with any requirements set out in the
  • 24. Opening, date stamping, sorting and scanning post for attention of relevant FE / Director or Office Manager as applicable and ensuring all scanned documents are saved to the system correctly and named appropriately
