Requirements
a) Good education to degree level, however, we will consider someone with exceptional relevant work experience without a formal degree
b) Relevant professional qualifications
delivering excellent support by telephone, email, online platforms and face to face
c) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including fluent written and verbal
ability to follow processes and instructions
communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
ability to implement and communicate process change to a variety of stakeholders
e) Strong organisation and co-ordination skills, with an ability to maintain oversight and timely delivery of a variety of tasks
Responsibility
collating and producing data for monitoring and evaluation of the service and grant spend
maintain administrative systems and keep clear records for key duties and responsibilities
keeping policies and procedures up to date with changes agreed by the Board of Trustees and relevant committees
preparation for and assistance with various internal meetings including minute taking
maintaining the central Safeguarding Register
reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in managing the day to day running of the charity’s operations
supporting recruitment of practitioners, volunteers and staff through job websites e.g. Indeed.com and Reach Volunteering
managing a small team of Family Liaison Officers ; providing direction, guidance and troubleshooting support, ensuring all team members are working towards achieving targets
