Responsibility
- ensure that our digital assets and customer data is protected and we are compliant with data protection laws
- working in close partnership with the brand owners and the appointed Communications agency
- in-depth analysis of Social budget and communicating this to shareholders and FD
- be regularly present in the restaurant to foster strong working relationships with employees and managers and to gain first-hand insights into the specific needs of each member of the social team and the wider business
- to report benchmark competitor marketing activity to the business with an assessment of risks and recommended learnings
- driving the development of a fully integrated brand appropriate marketing plan, plus ensuring the consistent and co-ordinated delivery of this plan across multiple channels
- delivery of commercial targets on footfall, online traffic, bookings and revenues. Key focus on reporting and ROI for social team in relation to strategy
- manage the holiday, rota and training of the social team and motivating the team
Requirements
- excellent administration and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- eye for detail with regard to our brand across every platform
