Responsibility
- drive safely and efficiently while following all traffic laws and regulations
- ensure that all cargo is loaded and unloaded safely and securely
- perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues or malfunctions
- maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members
Requirements
- valid Class 1 driver’s license
- minimum of 1 years’ experience driving Class 1 vehicles
- digital Tacho and Driver CPC Cards
- A good understanding of Driver's hours regulations, and Working time directive
- good knowledge of UK roads and highways
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- excellent communication skills
- customer-focused attitude
