- to attend team/staff meetings and be actively involved with company training
- plan, create and implement engaging activities, tailored to each individual child
- lead activities and/or assist in activities led by another staff member
- observe, track and reflect on learning and the outcomes for each child

Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements

- GCSE Math's Grades A - E or 3 - 8 or Functional Skills Level 1 or Level 2
- good organisational skills to plan the day and to respond to the different needs of the children you teach

- A secure understanding of safeguarding
