- to adhere to occupancy and financial budgets and targets whilst managing effectively all staff wages and Nursery costs
- to be responsible for and to oversee the day to day management, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Nursery
- attends training courses to further personal development
- to develop the ethos for under-fives and to create a welcoming and family friendly environment
- to complete the Friday assurances document accurately
- performs any ad hoc duties as required
- to ensure the Connect Childcare database system is accurate
