  • an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Fairoak Housing Association, an independent and award-winning supported housing provider, offering a range of accommodation to adults with learning disabilities or autism across Cumbria, the North East and North Lancashire
  • ● Organising repairs and maintenance
  • we are looking to recruit a Housing & Support Officer to join our small but highly motivated team based in Kendal, Cumbria
  • ● Providing housing related support to our tenants
  • this is a permanent post with full time employment, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • all our tenants are people who have a learning disability or autism, and this ensures that the work is challenging and rewarding, but also requires members of the team to be good communicators and have excellent problem-solving skills
