Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook/Chef to join our team at Ripon city Golf Club Bar and Catering
  • create menus and recipes that meet customer needs and expectations
  • ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
  • ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
  • mainly daytime hours although hoping to grow the functions events side of our business with your help so will include prep and evening service for these events
  • our daytime offer is a nice fresh brunch, breakfast & sandwich menu in a great customer focussed enviroment. Competitiona days gets frisky at key moments so a well organised cook/chef who can be organised and ready is perfect
