Working hours

Responsibility

  • have good knowledge of the dysphagia
  • create/manage the two nutritious menu choices
  • provide a wholesome, family style of cooking for a group of elderly adults with different dietary requirements
  • to manage and order food stock
  • to maintain a clean and safe kitchen to a high standard
  • to work with the kitchen assistant in the preparation and serving of food
  • keep daily food and cleaning charts up to date

Requirements

  • DBS check
  • some flexibility to do overtime when required
  • proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
  • NVQ Level 2 in catering
  • 3 years experience in any catering role with a basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • catering: 3 years
  • 07:30 - 17:00
