Requirements
- completion of AAT Level Three or Qualified by experience
- proven work experience of Accounts Payable
- performs tasks to a high level of accuracy with a strong attention to detail
- strong understanding of basic book-keeping and accounting principles
- clear and tactful communication
- experience with accounting software and online applications/platforms
- accounts payable: 1 year
Responsibility
- ensure all invoices are approved and posted into the finance system in a timely manner
- perform month end statement reconciliations to ensure that all invoices are posted
- review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- fairfax and Favor are looking for an organised and articulate individual to join our growing finance team, within our dynamic and unique company
- this individual will be responsible for processing our accounts payable function, ensuring invoices are authorised and posted accurately to the accounting system
- ensure input VAT is posed appropriately for each invoice
- process GBP, EUR and USD supplier payment runs
- complete charge card and bank account reconciliation
