Requirements

Responsibility
- general administration such as sales invoicing, invoice entry, VAT quarters, record keeping, chasing late payments, and data entry
- liaise with our accountants, submit payroll, and complete payment runs
- fleet administration
- manage and maintain the company’s fire safety, and health & safety policies, training, and compliance documentation
- manage employee’s annual leave, sick leave, parental leave, grievances, and general enquiries
- manage our office cleaners and oversee the general upkeep of our office
- maintain stock levels of our office supplies
- other duties at reasonable request
