First of all, I would like to thank Facebook staff for the incredible work you're doing!
Regretfully, drawing on recent events at Douglass House Efford Plymouth, an emergency and respite care facility for persons with disabilities and complex needs, this has exposed the inadequate safeguarding and care that Plymouth City Council and their partners in health and social care have been providing.
