Responsibility
- manage the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content, influencer management and working with the team
- oversee all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- ensure all content is on brand and delivered in the appropriate tone of voice with high levels of accuracy
- managing content and day-to-day activities, including copy, content & scheduling for social media posts
- engage in proactive conversations with our audience across the relevant social media channels, monitoring, responding, and liking relevant comments
- be pro-active in creating content in-house for community pages
- liaise and co-ordinate with the relevant departments for any social media requests
- support the team with social media reports
