Responsibility

• manage the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content, influencer management and working with the team
• oversee all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• ensure all content is on brand and delivered in the appropriate tone of voice with high levels of accuracy

• managing content and day-to-day activities, including copy, content & scheduling for social media posts
• engage in proactive conversations with our audience across the relevant social media channels, monitoring, responding, and liking relevant comments
• be pro-active in creating content in-house for community pages
• liaise and co-ordinate with the relevant departments for any social media requests
• support the team with social media reports
• analyse competitor activity and actively share insights with the marketing team
• assist the brand team with large projects, photoshoots, offsite events, and community management when required
• reporting current trends which could influence our social media posts. Use initiative to create reactive and disruptive content in order to keep our audience engaged
