Requirements
- solid experience of working in a Store Management position with a track record of building business and attracting local customers
- experience of working within a retail environment
- knowledge of textiles, sewing or interior design
- there is a requirement to work flexibly, and weekends and holidays as necessary
Responsibility
- drive a culture of excellent customer service ensuring all team members engage with customers enthusiastically, establish customer needs and help them to purchase by matching products to those needs
- manage stock and inventory whilst also making sure the store is always clean, tidy and well stocked whilst also adhering to Health and Safety Legislation
- confidently and professionally handle customer complaints and difficulties and ensure all colleagues understand the importance of driving customer loyalty. Whilst competently following company procedures and policies
