Requirements
solid experience of working in a Store Management position with a track record of building business and attracting local customers
experience of working within a retail environment
knowledge of textiles, sewing or interior design
there is a requirement to work flexibly, and weekends and holidays as necessary
Responsibility
drive a culture of excellent customer service ensuring all team members engage with customers enthusiastically, establish customer needs and help them to purchase by matching products to those needs
manage stock and inventory whilst also making sure the store is always clean, tidy and well stocked whilst also adhering to Health and Safety Legislation
