- organises opening and closing duties as assigned
- to give our customers the best possible experience in a friendly manner whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality in a timely fashion
- you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking their orders, engaging with them, giving them ideas of what else they may wish to purchase, accurately recording orders through the epos till system, creating orders, delivering to the customer with a consistently high serving standard
- whilst serving the customer you will be able to engage to create a positive experience of Fabio’s to support and bond with our repeat customers leaving a long lasting impression and memory of how excellent your service was
- to maintain the high standards of cleanliness expected at all times throughout the shop and create a welcoming environment for new customers
- maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to a high standard and to set a positive example for the wider team
- follows Fabio's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
