Responsibility
- fab Care Services Ltd is seeking a Care Manager to provide quality support to young people leaving care 18-25
- maintain a clean and safe environment for young people
- the ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and working in a fast-paced environment
- provide support, and resources to 18-25 leaving care
- monitor young peoples health and well-being
- maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory of supplies for the facility
- document care, support, and resources provided to 18-25 young care leavers in the
- assist with orientation of new care leavers
Requirements
- ability to work with seniors/ Care staff in a supportive manner
- excellent communication skills
- ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- must have strong attention to detail
- must have excellent organizational skills
- valid Driver's License required
- work with the local authorities for referals of young people
- must be able to work independently with little supervision at times throughout the day while still be able to provide excellent service to 18-25 care leavers
